Antique Fairmount Park Bench in as found used condition. Showing signs of years of use, bench is a fine example of Philadelphia’s Fairmount section of the city. Fairmount Park consists of two park sections named East Park and West Park divided by the Schuykill River, with the two sections totaling 2052 acres. Google the Park for more interesting history. Bench was taken out of service over 30 years ago and found recently in a barn buyout. Barn fresh and ready for your back yard or porch. Marked “Fairmount Park” on the cast iron frame. A true piece of Philadelphia history……
