Rare 1950’s fiberglass Harbie The Harbor Oil Company Mascot advertising Seal in as found condition. Very nice overall condition with some minor paint restoration along with minor insignificant paint rubs and a replaced lantern. Harbie needs a new home, he is on his best behavior, so won’t you help????????????
