Shocking side show gaff of Tojo’s mounted head with a single gun shot wound. During WWII, carnivals were allowed to operate as a means of much needed entertainment while the country was under strict rations and rules in war time. They were also a good source for war bond sales. During the war, side shows took advantage of the country’s hatred for the axis powers, and would make side shows gaffs like this one featuring axis leaders. Very unusual item and one we’ve never had before. Made of clay. Measures 11x9x9”. Small hairline crack on neck, does not affect its structure.
